Internationally, regulation and monitoring of industry and individual practices is becoming an increasing necessity due to the impacts on humans and the environment.
Corvidae has formed a partnership with Tempo Meio Ambiente in Brazil. We are working together on environmental consulting projects for oil and gas, mining and other industrial activities. Corvidae and Tempo’s skills complement each other, creating many possibilities for projects. Corvidae is bringing the experience of minimal disturbance practices to the Brazilian industries, and utilizing Canada’s well developed guidelines and regulations to be implemented in Brazil. We work together to provide environmental assessments and construction methods to minimize industry impacts on the environment while developing projects.
Corvidae has experience working for the government of Thailand developing land use planning pertaining to effects on humans and wildlife in the Mae Tun region of Northern Thailand. Part of the process was teaching the Thai villagers sustainable agricultural practices and the impacts of chemical use on humans and the environment.
Corvidae has also worked with the Institute for Sustainable Agriculture Nepal to establish Permaculture knowledge centers in remote areas of the Nepal.
