HIGHLIGHTS:

• Screened requirements for the demolition and reconstruction of houses on the sites (following the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act and applicable provincial documents).
• Sampled for asbestos and provided asbestos abatement options.
• Provided requirements for demolition and disposal, depending on materials in the structure.
• Conducted soil collection and soil testing with a portable Photoionization Detector.
• Consulted with the landowner and provided a detailed report of results and recommendations.
