PROJECT: Stage 1 Preliminary Site Investigations

LOCATION: Vancouver Island and Interior, BC

CLIENT: Coastal Construction.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Performed a Stage I PSI for two properties to be demolished and replaced by an apartment complex (following the Canadian Standards Association guidelines and BC requirements).
• Located historical information through the BC filing systems.
