Riparian Areas Protection Regulation Applications

HIGHLIGHTS:

The RARs or RAPRs (was Riparian Area Regulations, now Riparian Areas Protection Regulations) were updated in November 2019. We provide detailed RAPRs for all types of projects where there is freshwater on the project property.

We are trained and certified in the new RAPR process, now required by the Provincial Government.

Having a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) complete a site assessment to let each landowner know where they can build, how to build and the information required.

Providing details on where the SPEA (Stream Protection Enhancement Area) is, how wide and clearly flagged for clearing.

Submitting the RAPR to the provincial government for approval with each project's plans.

Carrie is one of the newest birds to our crazy crew and we can't remember a time without her. Carrie comes to us with over a decade of Senior Administration experience. She is already whipping us in to shape with new processes and procedures and we are delighted about it. Carrie is also know for her snappy sense of humour and the sweetest of sweet treats that she happily shares with us. She started her time with us with chocolate chip cookies and a moving sililoquy from Lord of the Rings. And the rest is history!
